Iron level is done separately from Vitamin levels. I think Magnesium level test is not available in most of the places. The replacement therapy is started empirically .

None You need to visit a physician to assess where you have any signs of said deficiencies. Its extremely atypical to develop such deficiencies barring iron if you are someone who is eating a balanced diet

For all three, you usually need a panel of blood tests. They can’t all be measured in one single test, but blood can be taken in a single blood draw (the lab then runs multiple tests on that sample). Iron status Serum ferritin -best marker for iron stores Serum iron Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) Haemoglobin (from CBC ) Vitamins Vitamin B12 level Vitamin D (25-hydroxy vitamin D) Folate (if needed) Magnesium Serum magnesium
Next Steps
If you have any symptoms which have brought you to this question then I would suggest you to go to a doctor or book an online consultation and carry on from there. If you wish to get the tests done, many labs offer a “micronutrient panel” or “vitamin & mineral profile”, which includes iron studies, vitamin B12, vitamin D, folate, calcium, magnesium, and zinc. That way you don’t have to order each test separately.
Health Tips
Caution - Interpretation should be done by a doctor, because results can be influenced by inflammation, recent supplementation, or other conditions

Recommended Tests: Iron profile: Serum iron, ferritin, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), and transferrin saturation are included in a comprehensive iron studies panel. Vitamin profile: Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D can be measured with serum levels using separate tests but can sometimes be combined in a "vitamin panel" depending on lab availability. Magnesium: Serum magnesium is ordered individually, though can be included in an extended micronutrient panel.
Next Steps
Consult with a physician to determine which tests are necessary based on current symptoms, medical history, and risk factors. Most diagnostic labs allow for these tests to be ordered together—request a combined blood draw for convenience. Proper fasting or dietary restrictions may be needed before testing, as directed by the laboratory.
Health Tips
Mild deficiencies may require repeat testing and correlations with clinical presentation. Always interpret results in consultation with a healthcare professional, as normal serum levels may not fully exclude deficiency if tissue stores are depleted. Supplementation should not be started without confirmation of deficiency and clinical guidance, as excess intake can cause toxicity

Complete blood count with peripheral smear, vit b12 , vit d3, serum electrolytes, ferritin should be enough. Test for other minerals also available but done only if we can find any signs of deficiency. Though all test are done at all labs it's better to get it done from a reputable place where testing is done at the same place as sample collection. Before doing test it s better to inform your doctor any problems you are facing so that proper test can be ordered according to your symptoms
Next Steps
take a consultation with the required specialist
Health Tips
dont start supplementation without testing and consulting
