My Blood Pressure remains around 110/75 to 120/85 on an average. Is this normal? How often should I measure it?

It is normal. If you have a BP instrument at home you should measure it twice every week, once at 6 AM, or when you get up and once in the afternoon at about 4 PM when it is highest.
