I have heard that if a person starts taking blood pressure tablet once it is mandatory for him to take it for lifetime. Is it true ?

A person taking medicine for Hypertension needs regular check up throughout life. It doesn't mean that you will have to take medicine for life. The dose of medicine will go up and down, few mes added and few medicines stopped.
