Hello Few stains and at places cervical caries . The child is not brushing d teeth properly  . He should be monitored.  Now u need to visit a nearby dentist  for cleaning and cavities . Should brush teeth or atleast gourgle before going to bed and after taking milk .

If any cavities are found, get them filled. He is in his mixed dentition stage which is vital for maintaining oral hygiene. Make sure you visit dentist every 6 months Use cheerio gel toothpaste twice daily Teach him proper brushing technique Make it a habit for him to brush before sleep and after waking up Limit sweets

These stains are caused by oral iron supplements. Can easily be cleaned and polished by a Pediatric dentist.

Some multivitamin iron syrups can cause such staining.
