No vegetable oil has Cholesterol. Try to avoid saturated fats like ghee, butter, coconut, margarine and refined oil. Use cold pressed filtered oil like mustard oil, olive oil, til oil but not more than 15 g per day.
Give him fresh vegetables juice like Bottle guard juice, carrot juice and Ash guard juice, amla juice etc. Take care
