Hello,when you start exercise body cells need more energy to survive so it burns the fat and gets energy .You can do aerobics exercise. Run in threatmil daily . do push ups , dumbel lifting, have less fat containing foods with more fruits and vegetables . sleep well at least for 7-8 hours. Drink lot of water. Remember this, bulk of body muscle increases proportionally with exercise .
