Hlo sir or mam plz guide me In Ramadan after iftar after completing iftar eating full plates fruits with 4 dates and beetroot carrot mix juice Can I have take 4 banana by crushing it in mixer cutting all banana in small chopped pieces can We add milk and 4 dates and almonds .cashewnut on it and drink it everyday for quickly  weight gain Is it ok na to add it for a month .
