Back pain left side

I have ongoing pain in upper left side back which sometimes radiates till from, also just above left hip It pains sometimes more and sometimes pain decreases Also during sleep pain is not there

There are few large muscles in the back which cover a big area from upper towards lower back. Changing sitting position frequently and well distributed movement throughout the day usually work. Walking, climbing stairs, daily household activities and basic breathing techniques should be helpful.

Follow a good posture. Hot fomentation twice a day . Apply voilini twice a day. Start with back strengthening exercises. Avoid bending forward. Avoid lifting heavy weights.
