Hello firstly you try to find out the reason for anxiety, is it your health or any other concern to improve your health because anxiety effects your digestive system also which is hampering activity of your
liver and digestive system also which will effect your interest in your eating habits. Try to take high protein diet with low fat and it should be devided into 3 main and 3 small meals with lime juice, coconut water or butter milk.
