Anaemic issue

2025-01-20 09:37:56
I feel tired after getting proper sleep of 7-8 hours. Sometimes I feel extreme dizziness even when I sit or lie on bed. My hand and leg muscle are so weak.my face have pale all the time. Is it symptoms of anaemia or something else. Can it be treated only  by dietary changes or some kind of treatment needed for this.

Thank you for sharing your symptoms. Feeling tired despite adequate sleep, dizziness, muscle weakness, and pale skin are classic signs of anemia, though other conditions (e.g., thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiencies, or low blood pressure) could also contribute.
Next Steps
To confirm the cause, I recommend the following test: Cbc, Iron studies, Vit b12 and Thyroid function test Please consult with symptoms or reports for better treatment and diagnosis
