kindly share details of your entire food consumption pattern as gym activity is not only concerned with egg whites or yolk, but in totality the actual food consumption pattern is what matters..weakness could be due to over activity and reduced consumption or a drastic deficit pattern connect online for a detailed discussion

Hai good evening, From the weight and height given, your BMI seems to be very high. For that, you need to change your lifestyle and diet pattern. Kindly do check your blood parameters, cholesterol, sugar level. Have egg whites, boiled chicken, fish (if you are non-vegetarian), can consume dhals, paneer, tofu, soya, sprouts (if you are vegetarian).
Next Steps
Have fibre rich foods in your diet, plenty of liquids. Develop a habit of drinking warm water. You can have 3 egg whites for 3 meals per day.
Health Tips
Gradually increase the count of your exercise. Don't do all exercises in one stretch. Take a break of atleast 5 minutes initially. Cut off fried foods, junk foods, red meat, sugary drinks. For further details, contact me. Have a healthy day!! 😊 Thank you  With regards Dt Chithira

Including whole eggs is fine and it is a good post workout. The advise on the number can be given once complete detail about your current health status is known.
Next Steps
Book appointment through Practo with me for a guided consultation.
Health Tips
For now you may take 2 whole eggs and 3-4 walnuts as post workout but this is just a general advice, do not expect any specific result through this. Personal consultation is important for a discussion and guidance.

Go slow on on exercise. Post exercise you can have egg. Quantity may differ.  But its not just the matter of post workout meal.  What you eat through out the day quantity, quality matters a lot. You need not to exclude egg yolk always. But  other health parameters need to consider before  commenting on that.
