These thoughts cant be right entirely. See if you are overgeneralising your situation. You migt have not done good in the recent exams doesnt mean you are extremely hopeless in it. Overgeneralisation of our failires and discounting our positibes can lead to low mood. Get in touch with a psychologist to help you deal with your worries and become more strong.
