I support the idea of paediatric evaluation to begin with and be prepared to do lot of work with the child yourselves at home
Next Steps
Paediatric assessment Gets developmental assessment by a child psychiatrist or psychologist who is experienced in doing this. Will need longer term several sessions work
Health Tips
Spend as much as time with the child, play, talk, tell stories and exposure to other kids

Were you able to meet a special educator and get it diagnosed by them ,  so that if he can  go to a spl. School with an acceptable environment, which  would be healthy for your son.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  He is having delays in developmental milestones. You should get him checked out by a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management.  He will be able to help you further.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
