Feeling suicidal due to academics
I’m 20 and I cannot perform my college tasks very well. It’s been the same thing since school days I did not perform well during that time till now. I failed many times and went through a lot of depression. It’s just that when I start a work I lose my interest very quickly. I get depressed a lot these days n I feel lyk ending myslf. I don’t want to upset my parents. I get moody and couldn’t control my emotions and anger sometimes.

It is very important to understand that academics is just one part of our life and we can work hard to achieve well in that domain as well. Try talking to your parents about the situation and consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist fr professional help. Try to schedule your day by adding adequate studying hours along with breaks to be able to perform well in academics. Try spending time with family and friends to uplift your mood.
