Hello I am sorry that you are feeling so anxious and distressed. Please consult your psychiatrist and discuss your difficulties. Fluoxetine 10 MG is a very low dose. You can discus with your psychiatrist regarding altering the dose of fluoxetine or using other medication. Apart from medicine, exercise, meditation and psychological therapy will also be helpful. Hello, Some degree of anxiety is common when you think about results but when the anxiety either prevents you from participating in desired activities or causes marked distress during such activities you need treatment. Fluoxetine can be given up to dosage of 80 mg, it will take care of anxiety as well as depression. The dosage can be increased gradually if needed. Etizolam can be taken as per need basis when you get anxiety attacks. Do not stop treatment in between.
