Think I might have anxiety
There are loads of symptoms that match up with anxiety but the main one is that I've been having panic attacks, I feel like I can't breath properly and I feel really hot and like I need to get out. A lot of the time I think people are judging me and speaking about me and I think a lot of people hate me greatly, I am a 15 year old girl, so that's kind of what everyone feels, people say I'm over reacting and to just stop worrying, but I just can't, I try explain but it's hard to and I don't know what to do anymore, it's all just building up

Hi , as u rightly pointed out it's anxiety . More to do with your thoughts . Brain sends signals to all parts of body. That's y when u think , u Wil feel it in ur body. We misinterpret that issue is in our body but it's the thought that has to be worked on. It's very much workable
