Hello dear,
The episodes of anxiety experienced by you seem to be panic attacks. Panic attacks are sudden onset, rapid escalation, symptoms of anxiety which include somatic (palpitations, sweating, racing heartbeat, flushing, restlessness, etc) and cognitive (feelings of anxiety, not knowing what has struck them, what next, inability to comprehend, etc) along with thoughts that you may die or go mad in these episodes. Hence my suggestion for you is that you please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for assessment and treatment. Some basic physical health assessment including thyroid, ECG, anemia, etc may require to be done to rule out other medical disorders.
However please be well assured that your condition can be helped with proper guidance and treatment..
Do not delay in seeking help as it may cause complications.
Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
