Not able to cope up ,academic specially

Like ...i actually don't know what's my problem...but i am not able to score goid in academic. ..in some months i have to give class 12th final and i have never passed from class 11th continuously. ..means i gave retest in 11th and then passed ....ehen i get angry or confused i stat scratching myself with scale. ..i ferl helpless and alone sometimes
