A lump in the forearm
Today I noticed a small lump on my forearm. It feels movable under inside my skin and I'm not actually feeling pain for it but whenever I try to push the lump it gives me uneasy sensation and a slight stiffness. What the small lump could be and will it go away its own ?

It is most probably a lipoma - that is a swelling comprising fatty tissue of the body. It usually doesn’t go away on its own but is not harmful either.
Plan to consult a physician if there is rapid increase in size of the swelling, there is pain or any other discomfort.

Knowing the exact duration of the lump, whether it grew in size, would help diagnose better. On first look it appears to be a lipoma, which is more or less harmless and will not grow much. However there are other diagnoses we need to rule out or consider, possible only by direct examination by a doctor in person.

Consult a general surgeon, who can confirm the diagnosis, and remove it in a simple Outpatient procedure, or otherwise make necessary investigations that may lead to an alternate diagnosis as well as course of treatment.

It looks like a lipoma, there’s no need to worry about it, it doesn’t really go on it’s own, nor it causes any problem or turn into anything serious, if it’s causing you trouble you can get it removed. It’s a minor procedure done under local anaesthesia.
