AMH cannot increase in good value. But egg quality can be made better with special supplements. AMH represents both egg quality and egg number in ovary.

Chronically Low vit D can lead to subfertility but its not related to AMH. AMH cannot be increased. U should visit a local fertility specialist.

There is no relationship between Vit D3 level and AMH level.
Please consult with your Gynaecologist for the management of Vit D3 deficiency. AMH level can't be improved but it is a warning sign that the time is running out for pregnancy.
