I am a medical student.. yet i fail to understand exactly what happens with me.. i a usually considered to be immature and childish by some people.. while the are also some who say otherwise.. currently what is happening is this.. two days ago.. i woke up.. was happy had breakfast.. then dont knw what happened i became all sad felt like dying.. by night was okay.. and that cycles continues.. my fiancé thinks i dont trt to understand and i dont want to listen and i make his life miserable.
