hi, when a patient doesnt have teeth to chew food, the only option the patient is left with is to eat soft or take liquid diet. also anything solid is swallowed without crushing the food. this leads to stomach issues as digestion is not proper. so replacement of teeth is very essential. as per your records she is not on any medication so implant supported prosthesis is a good option. now no. of implants and type of prosthesis will depend on her oral condition and cost factor. that needs to be discussed with a prosthodontist. in the meantime a set of dentures can be provided for partial relief. implants can still be added below this denture at any point in future.
Next Steps
visit dentist and get a pair of dentures immediately.

Besides what has already been discussed I wud like to add a new kind of option know as BPS system. It is known as biofunctional prosthetic system. In this dentures are made with a special technology. Although they are removable ones but functioning and fit is much better. Plus the material used is of diffking which makes them unbreakable. And cost is slightly more than conventional removable dentures.
Next Steps
Go to only someone who knows about it.
