Alignment problem
Hello doctor Her milk tooth are falling but before they get fallen out permanent teeths are erupting, and the former teeth gets aligned at the upper side. Also she is experiencing shark teeth and the new teeth are yellow in colour. Will this effect her permanent teeth alignment or is it normal? photo is attached.

If upper front tooth positioned behind lower front tooth, then it's definitely a issue which 2e should take care at this moment. This condition called cross bite. This is normal. Do not worry. The milk teeth looks like it will fall off soon. For yellowness of teeth maintain oral hygiene, brush twice daily. Wait till age 12-13.Till then most of her permanent teeth will be out and then you can consult an orthodontist for alignment of teeth.

In my opinion your daughter is still pretty young.Permanent teeth shall be erupting till 12-13 years.You can reviev after every 6 months and get the neccesary treatment done.

Wait till all the permanent teeth are erupted (around age of 12) and visit orthodontist. By the time maintain oral hygiene. Which seems compromised.
