Sometimes even a small forceful impact on the head can cause injury. You can consult with an ENT surgeon in your city ,as your main issue is blocked ears after the impact.

You can take a paracetamol for pain and  consult a neurologist to rule out any head injury first.once the neurologist examines(a CT head may be needed to check that all is well),he can refer to ent if needed Please do not panic but do not delay.
