After acl surgery
Can I walk using walker as I ve to go for opening the stich after 21days to doctor and he is 400km Faraway and can I go by train. If yes how can I get in touch it . Plz advise

You can use walker .. do not bear weight over operated limb if your surgeon has advised not to. If you surgeon has allowed partial weight tearing then you can do thst with a walker. But use k we immobiliser all the time you are in the train or out of home. Keep limb elevated and apply ice to reduce swelling.
