What precautions should I take after ACL reconstruction surgery? How much bending should I achieve post operation and when can I walk without any external support?

Best recommendation is from the operating surgeon so trust in him as far as post op protocol goes.

6 weeks bracing... Walk with support for a week then without support. First to achieve extension and bending upto 90 degree at 2 week then full bending....... Remove Brace after 6 weeks... Continue physiotherapy and back to sports after 6 to 9 months
