The levels of vit D and B 12 are low. He will have to take a supplement. The high triglycerides and low HDL indicates that he needs to balance his lifestyle in terms of food intake and exercise. Outside food needs to be restricted and balanced home cooked meals with good amount of vegetables and fruits need to be included.

If hdl low- good fat include in diet
LDL or bad cholesterol high - good fat includes in diet
Complex carbs and GAP-3 fruits i.e. Guava, Apple, pineapple, pear papaya add in diet
For triglycerides: Satvik diet preferred and high water intake add in diet.
For vitamin D : Sunbath before 10:00 am daily 10-20 minutes .caffeine intake lowers and add in diet oily fish, mushrooms , egg , cheese and fermented products.
For vitamin B-12:
If non veg preferred: add in diet lean meat, fish and egg
If vegetarian: add in diet fermented products weekly twice idli , dosa, curd , buttermilk etc.
For higher cholesterol and TG can reduce oils ,fat, and increased fiber with balance diet.if overweight or pot belly than start weight loss journey. For cholesterol jeera and coriander water wi help. Hi, skimmed Milk and dairy products will be a good idea to add on. Mustard oil can be added in diet. Animal products you should avoid. Better high fibre base moderate carbohydrate, lean protein rich diet will suit him. Better is to get the constitution done and go accordingly.
