Adhd along with depression
I can't organize my thoughts, focus on anything, control my emotional outbursts, act on impulse. It seems I'm stuck in a loop. My mind is always in a fog. I find it hard to stay anything which requires sustained mental effort. I start several projects but can't finish even one. I feel like a failure.
