Acute gout in rt tow
There have been history of gout in my case twice long back about 20 years back.
Also under heart medications since angioplasty in March' 2006.

For gout/hyperuricemia:
Tab Febuxostat 80mg at night and 40mg post breakfast for 1month.
Avoid brinjal, soyabeen, yellow Dal, mutton, tomato, green saag, beer.
