Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hi there... Thanks for that clear pic and brief history. From the appearance of your acne problem, it doesn't seem like some cream alone will help. You will need to be evaluated a little more perhaps with some small specific blood test to ascertain hormonal involvement and as a safety net for starting oral meds and this will have to be taken over a 3-6 month period with monitoring by your Dermatologist. Should you be keen on clearing this, do feel free to connect via this App's INSTANT ONLINE Consultation 🙏 Will ensure both an immediate solution and a long term clearance of this pesky issue. Godspeed.
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products, home remedies, self medication and Dr Google's suggestions 🙏

From the image, this appears to be an inflamed acne (papulo-pustular lesion). Since it is persistent, you’ll need a combination treatment rather than just one cream. Next Steps Take a proper consultation with me online via practo for detailed evaluation and treatment Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Do not squeeze or pick the pimple → risk of marks/scars • Initial dryness/peeling is normal with adapalene • Visible improvement takes 3–6 weeks Kindly book consultation via instant consultation option on practo
