Not like that... treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Exercise will improve your overall health and will have anti-ageing effect on skin. But it won't reduce acne. You need to take proper treatment for it. Its usually due to excess sebum secretion and hormonal changes, dandruff etc.
