Is there any solution to repair or being better as befor without surgery ?? Or if i go for surgery then feeling pain how i feel during surgery i am scared and disturb due to this. After surgery how many times it takes if i will go for this. Feeling pain too much and swelling

surgery needed as u are too young n u.need to.preserve ur.joint.
Its key hole surgery and done under spinal anaethesia so u wont.feel.any pain during surgey.
after suregy too u will feel.less.pain.
