Acl tear status
I damaged my knee joint two years back pulling heavy object on stairs. the knee was brusied and was easily bruised for about 4 months when ever i jumped or put direct force on it  , i got the mri done after 6 month of injury. do i need surgery or it will heal with time and therapy thanks, attaching the mri report.

Dear Sir, If you are not an athlete, and u have no symptoms then u can give it time to heal naturally, which it may or may not. But if u have clinical laxity then probably surgery is best.
