ACL tear on my left leg knee
I am 35years old, doctors told me I had ACL tear (R+). Is it mandatory to undergo surgery?

If you have pain and instability you should undergo ACL reconstruction.

Will depend on what are your requirements like wants to play sports/Running/Daily hectic routine and of course what are the issues you’re facing right now. . If you have pain and instability or don’t feel confident of your knee then it’s time to think of surgery. Ideally ACL surgery is expected to avoid early degenerative changes in joint
