ACL tear and Ayurveda
I have ACL tear to left knee. Doctors opinion is if I want to play and jump then surgery is must. If not surgery is not required. I would like to know opinion... by our historical treatment like Ayurveda whether muscle strength can be increased? I am not sport person but in daily life while playing with kids at least some hascle free moments required. Can you please suggest your thoughts

You try strengthening your quadriceps muscles. By static and dynamic quadriceps exercises and theraband exercises. Try this for 4-6 weeks, if there is instability then you may need surgery.
Next Steps
Ayurvedic will not be sufficient in this case.

Hello. I'm a physiotherapis. I suggest you try for physiotherapy where they will strengthen your weak muscles by giving you different exercises and also teaches you balance and proprioception exercises.
