Hi
Post ACL surgery or any surgery, mobilization of joints is very important to reduce stiffness. Initially we start with exercises for peripheral joints and then give strengthening -isometric for affected leg and then slowly progress. There is a special exercise regimen for every condition.
So please see a physiotherapist and get started.
Health Tips
Don't do any exercise without guidance of a physiotherapist at home.
You can do 2-3 times a day with the repetitions of 10 per exercise.
You can increase the repetitions gradually by every two weeks
