You should do the exercises for knee strengthening for 3-4 times in day. Each exercise should be for ten repetition. If you need more information about exercises you can consult me online on Sunday.

Hi Post ACL surgery or any surgery, mobilization of joints is very important to reduce stiffness. Initially we start with exercises for peripheral joints and then give strengthening -isometric for affected leg and then slowly progress. There is a special exercise regimen for every condition. So please see a physiotherapist and get started.
Health Tips
Don't do any exercise without guidance of a physiotherapist at home.
