ACL, LCL and meniscus injury
Dear sir 16 months ago my left knee was injured in road accident. After injury doctor advised me to take MRI Scan. MRI impression says grade 1 tear in LCL and ACL and also injured my medial meniscus. Doctor says to take Arthroscopy But physiotherapist says to take strengthening to heal. I am totally confused.

As per my opinion , you must take one more surgeon advice because it is grade one injury so can be taken care by physitherapy but at the same it consisted of three ligaments that is ACL, LCL and medial meniscus , so there is a point how much meniscus is injured. So u must take one more opinion and then proceed further.
