I have acl and minuscus.i have attached report to it.
What is good for surgery or physiotherapy?
Does it heal by physiotherapy?
Consulted two orthopaedic in Pune.both suggested me a surgery.
Need your valuable suggestions.

Hi.. my opinion is only in my aspect of view. Please don't decide on my opinion.. you need to decide for yourself..
I saw your mri reports .. you have significant anterior translation of tibia and grade 2 signal in body meniscus.. I would suggest surgery is better option. Once done surgery you can start physiotherapy. Take care. Get well soon

Yes you should get it operated. Physiotherapy will not heal the tears. But yes if you have a sedentary lifestyle u can avoid surgery and continue with physiotherapy. Degenerative process can be delayed with exercise but not stopped.
