Acidity problem
I have been facing stomach fullness problem without eating anything. And it's very uncomfortable. Due to that even in throat, I feel something is blocked and that's giving alot of the trouble to sleep. Please prescribe some medicines so that this acidity goes away. I have been facing this issue from past few days.

For the time being,
Take Pantocid DSR 30 min before breakfast for 15days. Warm saline gargling 2-3 times a days. Get an endoscopy done earliest possible
