Hello sir Could you please elaborate on what you think of acid reflux? It's a very small child so it should be feeding on mother's milk Causes might be 1.. External milk, may be from the milk powder or anything artificial of such kind 2. Mother's food. If she is eating anything spicy like green chillies or outside food, something that might cause gastritis in her will cause such symptoms in the child
Next Steps
please look into the cause first because a baby so small should not be under any medication other than mother's milk

If by acid reflux you are referring to regurgitation of milk, then it's quite common in baby of this age. After feeding help the baby for easy burping by gently patting the back to reduce regurgitation
