Absent mind
My problem is that from last month m feeling very upset mind, absent mind, not able to give time to my study. Negative thoughts comes always about my family and me. M not feeling normal. What can I do. My age Is 27.studying in dental college.

Hi, there might be some emotional disturbance thats bothering, in which you might be worried or upset about your family members resulting in negative thoughts in your mind. simultaneous, suppose if you are apart from them pursuing your career, its obvious that there will be negative feeling. you can take the support of psychologist, through counselling or therapy, will help you to handle the issue or overcome the same. take care, stay positive.
