It depends on, for what purpose you have to take it. It can be take with honey, ghee, luke warm water, butter milk depending upon purpose for consumption.

Hi  Do not take trifla churn with butter milk .if you are taking trifla churan for digestive system then socked one teaspoon trifla churan in half glass of water for whole night then drink that water empty stomach.
