About tenderness on gum
I have done tooth extraction on 27 November,2022 One year has passed . The tooth healing was so late it healed 8 months take. It was traumatic extraction and tooth was infectious .. Now the drama is on tenderness during chewing on site from last 3 days. X ray and image of that site attached.plz suggest something.

Hello, by Clinical photo & Xray the area looks fine, better to consult with local dentist. Replacement of the missing tooth will balance the bite.
