About tenderness
I have tenderness on gum during chewing. Extraction tooth done 27/11/2022. One year passed.the healing was slow . I have attached gum picture now and recently x ray . I have consulted a periodontist MDS . He said some tiny spicule under gum thats why tenderness. He didn't surgery to remove Just said massage the area and take vitamin tablet . What should I do? One day passed after consultation Still tenderness .plz help

Massage the are gently with the gel given by doctor.make sure that area is cleaned properly. Do garle with luke warm water and saline

Massage the area regularly for a few days. Start warm saline rinses for a week If still not relieved visit an oral surgeon
