I just started 34 week of pregnancy do I need to take steroids considering I have twin pregnancies.which week is considered normal for twin pregnancy.

Better you take No harm in taking , but by not taking and if prior termination is planned then would be problem ,,,

Please leave this decision to the discretion of your Gynaecologist. Getting half a dozen opinions on tele-consultation and then advising your Gynaecologist is in poor taste. There are many factors which will determine when you should take steroids, if at all.

No u don't need steroids if there are no impending signs of labour After 36 weeks adequate lung maturity has been achieved

You can take steroids for lunch maturity Which type of twins are there? Usually in DADC type of twins pregnancy termination can be done between 37-38 weeks

Steroids help in lung maturation of baby. So it's beneficial if delivery is premature.

Taking steroids helps you for lung maturity , because of twins there can be chances of preterm labour…so steroid coverage is always better
