No harm in taking , but by not taking and if prior termination is planned then would be problem ,,,

Please leave this decision to the discretion of your Gynaecologist. Getting half a dozen opinions on tele-consultation and then advising your Gynaecologist is in poor taste.
There are many factors which will determine when you should take steroids, if at all.

Which type of twins are there?
Usually in DADC type of twins pregnancy termination can be done between 37-38 weeks

Taking steroids helps you for lung maturity , because of twins there can be chances of preterm labour…so steroid coverage is always better
