Hi Don't worry  .it can be cure.Try to boost your self. you need psychological counselling .There are some therapies which can help you. .so consult with psychologist or you can consult with me also.

Visit a psychiatrist or a psychologist personally discuss the problems in detail. Medicines along with behavioural therapy helps u get out of it soon rather then taking help of just either one of it.
