Hello Doctor, my age is 29 and I don't have any dental issues but I have attached my dental pics for ur advice. Is this considered a normal or abnormal teeth because my teeth seems like dirty. Please advice. Thanks

As advised by many doctors this is calculus  which you need to get cleaned professionally.. also please do some salt water gargling .. and if possible please add some alum in it.. it will help in better healing of the gums.. also please go gum massage in circular fashion to increase the blood flow and reduce swelling.  This will help in future in preventing  future plaque build up

Calculus (tartar) and mild inflammation can be seen with the associated teeth ...u are advised  to maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice daily  with soft bristle toothbrush and warm saline rinses daily. Visit dentist and get scaling and gum therapy done

Due to improper brushing, followed by accumulation of food debris cause formation of calculus. Follow peoper brushing technique which will clean all the surfaces of all teeth.twice a day, after meal. Wipe teeth with clean cotton cloth after every meal, that will make the teeth surface even smoother.which will prevent any plaque accumulation or initiation of caries.

This is not normal..we can see deposits on your teeth which is causing inflammation in your gums..your gums may bleed..it will effect your teeth also..you require scaling ie professional cleaning of teeth..

This is due to continuous deposition of plaque and which in turn changed into calculus which is impossible to be removed with ur tooth brush

No this is not normal. You need undergo scaling and polishing procedure which will be done by a dentist followed by maintainence.

These are clearly calculus deposits  ...they r hard enough n will not come out with brushing .You have to go for Ultrasonic scaling and polishing from a dentist .Do it after the lockdown ..as it's not urgent.
