Best multivitamin supplement is
Mix ground dates,almonds,copra,raisinscoarsely,add jaggery and prepare laddus with tsf ghee. Give her daily one lemon size ball. This has iron,calcium,magnesium,potassium,omega-3 fatty acid,
Milk milk products with millets cooked on it as malt/ cere will add on to the nutrition for growing.
Give her variety vegetables/ seasonal fruits daily to build up her stamina and boost her immunity against acquiring frequent infections.
