As I'm 24 years old and have given birth vaginally. i have moderate flow and have tried Medium and large size cups both leaks for every hour. i have lower cervix. what size cup should i buy ?

Ideally large cup size are used after vaginal birth but if that is leaking then you should consult might be the flow is excessive or you are not inserting properly
