Hi, I am a 33 year old virgin lady. I want to use menstrual cup. I tried insurting it many times but failed. I think I am not able to find where to insert it exactly and how to insert it. Also I want to know if it is safe to use? Will it break the hymen? I live in Dilshad Garden , Delhi-110095 Kindly suggest any nearby female Doctor to help me.
